the year is coming to an end.
too fast.
it has been a year of fulfilled dreams -
the melbourne trip with my closest friends.
breaking a performing drought.
rebuilding lost friendships and
strengthening the ones i hold so dear.
and having met you.
bittersweet.
of laughter and tears.
of holding on and letting on.
of the brightest stars and disappointing reflections
on the stormy seas we sailed through.
i sometimes wish our walk was simpler...
but i learnt so much more.
the hard way.
and became stronger to face the grey skies
that i now know will
always pass.
